Fashion Flip is Rent-a-Rack Shop where customers can sell their clothes and accessories and buyers can purchase secondhanded items at discounted prices. 

Our policies are straightforward. Please inspect items in store as we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to the nature of the business.

Rack rental rates and commission rates are detailed on our website and are subject to change. 

Fashion Flip retains the right to use images and video of the items to promote the store on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc) and our website. 

SAFETY​ 

We will do our best to ensure that your clothes are safe with us, however Fashion Flip takes no responsibility if an item is damaged, lost or stolen or if there is a fire, water damage or other unforeseen situations.  Lost or damaged, stolen items will not be compensated. Our store has camera surveillance, all thefts will be reported to the police. 

 

BOOKING YOUR RACK 

Payment for racks must be made in full at the time of booking. Rack rentals are non-refundable. 

 If a stall holder wants to withdraw clothes from sale or cancel the rack rental during the rental period, no refunds are issued for unused days. 

​ The allocated rack location is not guaranteed and can sometimes be reallocated to suit business needs.  

Small RACKS 

are allowed up to 15 items + 2 pairs of shoes. 

Medium RACKS 

are allowed up to 40 items + 5 pairs of shoes. 

Large RACKS 

are allowed up to 60 items + 8 pairs of shoes or other accessories that can be placed on 4 shelves. 

 

*We cannot guarantee the authenticity of items in store, therefore if you want to bring any designer items for sale, we strongly advise you authenticate them before bringing them in. If staff suspects an item is claimed to be genuine, and it cannot be proven, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale. We offer no refunds/exchanges for our shoppers. 

​​ 15% commission will be charged on all sold items. 

LUXURY CABINET 

Availability will depend on space in the cabinet. For higher value items authentication certificate will need to be provided. Fashion Flip staff can help you with information where to get that for a low cost.

 What’s not allowed to sell at Fashion Flip: 

  • Selling of goods that do not belong to you or goods that are stolen, is prohibited. The seller guarantees that they have the right to sell the items.  

  • Selling of counterfeit products is prohibited. Any offences will be reported to the police. 

  • Replicas are prohibited. 

 

BEFORE YOU START YOUR RACK RENTAL  

Make sure you wash your clothes before bringing the items for sale. We try to avoid “second hand” shop smell, if we find any smelly items we reserve the right to remove them as well as any items from sale that we believe to be dirty, faulty or unfit for sale.

STARTING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD: 

All items must be hanged on provided by Fashion Flip hangers, shoes to be placed on our display shelf. If you have bulky garments (coats, jumpers etc), you might not be able to fit the allocated number of garments. Any extra items will be removed with a notice. 

Bring your items day before your rack rental starts between 4-5pm, or day of the rental period (if other times are required please contact our staff) 

 

DURING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD 

You can come and set up/style your rack if you wish between 9:30AM-5PM on weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturday. Please pop in to replenish your rack if your items are sold. You can follow your sales online in real time. 

Some of the items might accidentally be put away by customers on the wrong racks, We will do their best to return everything back to their original rack. As long as they are in store, customers are able to buy them 

If you wish you can discount your whole rack with a certain percentage on all items for your last days of rental (1 discount per rack rental is allowed), please do so via your Zellr account (via browser, not an app) and please let us know by calling us, so that we know to place a discount signage on your rack. These discounts carry on to your next rental automatically, change the discount percentage back to '0' (zero) on your product sheets before renting your rack again.  

If you want to discount only few items, we recommend you speak to us and we will provide you new price tags. 

 

WHEN YOUR RACK RENTAL FINISHES 

Racks needs to be emptied on the last day of the rental agreement finishing before 4.00on weekdays and before 1pm on Saturday or next day in the morning. In case the stall holder is unable to come and collect the items you must organize alternative ways for the unsold items to be picked up. It is up to the stall holder to remember the starting and finishing dates (these dates can be checked on our online app). If the clothes are not collected within 10 days of rack rental finishing, they will become a property of Fashion Flip and will be disposed at our discretion. If spare racks are available your items will stay on the rack until you pick up and you will be charged daily rate same as your original rack rental fee.

When packing away your clothes please do so carefully by checking each price tag to make sure they belong to you. Count your items so that nothing is left behind.  

If we find any items left around after you finish your rental, we will notify you by phone and the item/s will be kept for 14 days in our storage room.  

We aim to pay the profits within up to 7 working days after your rack rental finishes to the stall holders nominated bank account. We take no responsibility if a stall holder has provided incorrect account details by mistake. No cash payments.
